Western Star Signs

TAURUS symbol TAURUS
LIBRA symbol LIBRA

You are both lovers of peace and harmony, and avoid conflict and tension as much as possible. You both have a cordial, soft quality and are likely to get along quite well. Beneath the facade, however, you do have your differences. Taurus is more practical and down to earth, more of a worker. Libra is quite mental and finds Taurus rather dull or lacking finesse and flexibility of thinking. You both have much appreciation of aesthetics, but your tastes are likely to be different.

Libra is a nice person and tends to be a bit more cultured and "better" than others. Usually, Libra is also diplomatic enough to help you keep your superiority complexes in check. The more that Libra becomes fair-minded, impartial and unprejudiced, the happier Libra becomes.

Essentially, Taurus needs to be assured that everything's O.K., safe and secure. Once that's taken care of Taurus is ready for gracious living. That is to say, Taurus need some good food, antique furniture and passion. Libra has the potential for much social intercourse and favourable public contact. To really thrive, Libra needs to be part of a loving, committed "marriage."

It is important that Taurus acquire some mastery over the physical, practical and earthly world. Then, paradoxically, Taurus must learn to let go. Taurus will only find security by acquiring a sense of self that is separate from possessions. Actually, it's not so much about what you possess Taurus, but about not being in "survival jeopardy."

In the relationship between Taurus and Libra adjustment is key. You both need to give more than you get. This association requires extra sensitivity. At first, you both may be somewhat irritated about each other. In time, with work, the very thing that caused the irritation may lead to personal fulfilment. You can't force growth in this alliance - go along with the changes. To beat the odds, change your routines.

All things being equal, Libra prefers civil conversation. Libra usually does not find reason for raised voices or crude language at inappropriate times. Embarrassment can be an issue for Libra. Libra likes to ask for advice, but does not like to be told what to do. Libra needs a cushy job in a swanky environment.

Chinese Star Signs

TIGER symbol TIGER
MONKEY symbol MONKEY

These two are so different that their chances of creating a solid relationship are slim. As lovers, constant arguing may diminish the potency of their bond. Their overall compatibility rating is 20%.

The always charming, super-energized Monkey is the partier of the Chinese Zodiac. Monkeys have an insatiable appetite for fun and activity. Having a good time comes very easily for them in any crowd. They are optimistic, witty and blessed with a razor sharp mind. While Monkeys love to be the center of attention, they are good listeners as well. Their bottomless curiosity ensures they will be knowledgeable on a wide variety of topics. Their intelligence allows them to address complex tasks and situations with ease. Monkeys are show-offs who love nothing more than to bedazzle those around them with their antics.

Most Monkeys do not have a highly developed sense of morality. Indeed, if its fun, they'll do it. Their primary goal is the pursuit of their own pleasure. Monkeys make pleasurable, exhilarating lovers, but beware of the possibility they will stray. Monkeys will try anything once, and if it is the slightest bit entertaining are sure to try it again.

The Monkey's self-serving attitude may be trouble for many other Signs of the Zodiac. They are very hedonistic and lacking in self-control. If they cannot find a party they will start their own.
